Yes. There are no long-term contracts on any plan. Cancel whenever you want and you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for — the rest of the month on monthly plans, or the rest of the year on annual plans.
Yes. Pay yearly and get two months free: ShopForeman is $500/year (versus $600 billed monthly) and Shop+ is $1,000/year (versus $1,200). Use the Monthly/Annual toggle above to compare. Beta founding shops take 25% off those list prices, and ShopStarter will be free at full launch.
Yes — ShopStarter will be free at full launch, no credit card required. It covers the core (work orders, customers, equipment and PDF receipts) so a solo shop can get organized without spending a dime. It isn't part of the founding-shop Beta, which is focused on the paid ShopForeman and Shop+ tiers.
You do. Your shop's data belongs to you. We store it securely and never sell it. If you ever leave, you can request an export of your data.
Anytime. Upgrade when the shop grows into more features, or move back down if your needs change. Your data stays put through the change.

No. ShopFlow runs in a web browser and is built to work great on a tablet at the bench, as well as a desktop in the office. If it has a modern browser, it works.
